I have just reinstalled my ESET SS9 and cannot open Banking Protection.  When I log onto a bank site I have no green border.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but same problem.  I do lots of Internet Banking and need this facility to work so would appreciate help.

Does launching a secured browser via the icon on your desktop work? What bank site does not open in the secured browser automatically?

I have this same problem, but on newest Google Chrome only.
