Rajan Ramdhani 0 Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 I have encountered an error message which states "undocumented serious error" when attempting to update my signature database. Is there any way around it? I would have thought that if this were undocumented, it would automatically upload the nature of the error to a central portal for review so that a fix can be formulated to prevented a re-occurrence. Try switching to pre-release updates and see it if helps. Also please include information about the product you use so that we can move this topic to a more suitable forum.
