Exchange Server AntiSpam

I have Microsoft Exchange Server 6.2, and would like to not use the Anti Spam feature.  I disable it but now I get a constant error on the ERA stating its disabled.  Is there a way to suppress this error?

i have an exchangeserver 2010. My Router (fritbox 3370) sends every night a statusmail. eset mail security classifies this as spam. The router has a various ip-adress. How can i modify the sam filter ? The message in the quaratine-folder looks like this:
