report a malware not detected

Good evening,

I wanted to know how I have to do to report to eset malware that is reported on the web from VT and that are not detected by eset and which are not in possession of the sample such as this https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/4afd20faad22e65d1417e8244a88a62292545a7e426ec013eb936fccc2ecbb2a/analysis/

As for the sample submitted to VirusTotal, it's weird that it's not detected there as the detection was added on Feb 17 and the file is detected on my pc alright. I assume that VT might not use a switch for scanning archives plus the file was probably uploaded without a doc extension.
