bsap 0 Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 Hello, I've set scheduled scans on clients via policies (in policy settings: Tools -> Scheduler). Those scheduled tasks appear in the client's Endpoint Antivirus console, but they are not executed at all. Does someone know this issue and have a solution? I use ESET Remote Administrator Server version 6.2.200.0 and clients are Endpoint Antivirus version 6.3.2016.2. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You do not see them in user interface, or you do not see them in tasks in ESET Remote Administrator?To be able to monitor the tasks, the right way would be to use tasks / new client task / on-demand computer scan, and not use scheduler, as such task executions are not reported to ESET Remote Administrator.
