Peter Butler 0 Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 I ran the trial of eset Smart security, it seemed to be ok so i ordered 3 pc cover for 2 years. After a few days of the trial i started to get the personal firewall errors. I raised a ticket and it didnt get fixed. So i deinstalled the TRAIL it and tried somethjing else (Vipre) now, to add insult to injury, they are chasing payment for a s/w i never used, saying i didnt cancel during the 14 day cancellation period. The s/w hasn't been d/l or activiated or registersed. Its not as if I orderd a bed or a sofa, its a peice of s/w JUST CANCEL THE ORDER PLEASE !!!!!!! Am i being unreasonable ??
