bargielml 0 Posted February 16, 2016 Share Posted February 16, 2016 I installed ESET remote administrator console in a test environment and pushed it out to two laptops successfully. The agent was installed and they started reporting back as expected. After this, I uninstalled the remote admin and reinstalled it for testing purposes and completely uninstalled ESET on the two laptops. Now when I try to add them into ESET, it will install the agent but they will not report back to the console. Is there somewhere in the admin console I need to delete the previous record of installation for these laptops? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Administrators Marcos 5,392 Posted February 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 16, 2016 I'd suggest creating a new Agent Live installer and re-deploying / reinstalling it on the clients.
