I installed ESET remote administrator console in a test environment and pushed it out to two laptops successfully. The agent was installed and they started reporting back as expected. After this, I uninstalled the remote admin and reinstalled it for testing purposes and completely uninstalled ESET on the two laptops. Now when I try to add them into ESET, it will install the agent but they will not report back to the console. Is there somewhere in the admin console I need to delete the previous record of installation for these laptops?

I'd suggest creating a new Agent Live installer and re-deploying / reinstalling it on the clients. This will ensure that correct settings and certificates will be used for the communication with ERAS to work.
