False Positive Detection not fixed

Hi,

 

2 Executables  of our product is wrongly flagged as malware by ESET.Tried submitting to samples@eset.com.. got no reply.

 

Can anyone in the forum help us with this.

Maybe it's not a false positive, especially if the files are detected as potentially unsafe or unwanted applications. Unfortunately, you didn't mention the detection name.
