Windows 10 Mail App Not in Sync

I have the latest version of NOD32 Antivirus. I have read several posts related to this issue and noticed that when I turn off e-mail scanning, Windows 10 mail app syncs fine. The minute I switch it on, I can't sync. 

 

Please help me, if possible.
