Hi santoso,

the erros sounds for me, that the eset server is blocked (firewall problem). The server must communicate with the ESET sites.

This specific error most probably means that SSL/TLS certificate validation of ESET license servers failed. I would suggest to update system so that new CA certificates are available. You may also try to manually access https://edf.eset.com/on client machine and check whether certificate is trusted by system.

I have the same problem. The installation of the console is in Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2. I do not know if the server has something to do. I tried the solutions of this post but i can't fine a real solution.

In short: your system is most probably not able to verify SSL certificate of ESET servers. Most probable reason for this is either missing latest root CA certificates (as mentioned in previous post) or inability to verify newer type of certificates. Second issue may be targeted by Microsoft hotfix: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/938397.
