Problems after Upgrade android 5.0.2 to 5.1.1

Hi,

 

we have a device witch we had upgrade to a newer android version. After this no activation is possible and the infos of the mobile are the old ones (old OS, old Applications). The device still connect to the Server but no chance to to reset the eras entrys. Also delete in ERAS not helps, the mobile still connect again with the old data.

 

Try to reinstall the ESET on the mobile -> connection ok but no activation.

 

Any tips we could try? And please dont say contact your local Support :)

I cannot help you so wait until someone from ESET comes here like @Marcos or @MartinK.

 

Aside of that, if you don't to use your local support you can request to be assist for a higher

Support Team, like your Country Distributor or Regional Distributor.

I mention this as "options" available to you, but that is your call.
