After this no activation is possible and the infos of the mobile are the old ones (old OS, old Applications). The device still connect to the Server but no chance to to reset the eras entrys. Also delete in ERAS not helps, the mobile still connect again with the old data. Try to reinstall the ESET on the mobile -> connection ok but no activation. Any tips we could try? Aside of that, if you don't to use your local support you can request to be assist for a higher Support Team, like your Country Distributor or Regional Distributor.
