Question regarding first time installation of ESET Smart Security with Windows 10

Hi there,

 

I am a new customer, have just bought a license for 1 year of ESET Smart Security. When wanting to download the software from your home page and follow installation steps given in your purchase confirmation e-mail the software download seems to be broken. It keeps saying "software signature is broken". As I am using Windows 10 and have seen in your forum there seems to be some troubles I hope somebody from this forum can help me thus I can finally make use of what I have paid for;0)

Welcome to ESET

 

There is a problem already mention in the forums related to that error, just use another browser to download the installer (not Edge or IE).

I suggest Firefox will work.
