Hi @nwarp,

 

Using your credentials (serial if version 9, username and password for version 8)

go to Help > Activate license.

 

And activate again.

 

If not work, uninstall, reboot, install again and activate.

Furthermore, if fails, contact the reseller or ESET partner you buy the license to check

if everything is ok.
