Disconnected internet

hi.

I downloaded and installed ESET smart security 9.0.349.14 and when the installation ended I can't access to the internet. and I removed it. then I can access to the internet. why when ESET smart security installed I can't access to the internet

If you are using Windows 10, make sure that ESET personal firewall is enabled in your Ethernet properties. Especially during upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 it can happen that the driver won't survive the upgrade.

No I using windows XP and when the I opening browser and typing an address on bottom-right a security alert displayed. I went to setup->network protection and saw personal firewall paused. I click to enable it but a window displayed and at menu only there is disable permanently
