Web console cannot open

My customer's ERA web console suddendly cannot be opened, the webpage shows "Hmm, we can't reach this page. Try this. Make sure you've got the right web address: https://localhost".

Restarted ERA server sevices and Apache Tomcat service, tried URL https://localhost/era/webconsole, https://IP/era/webconsole but issue still present.

Please verify Apache Tomcat is actually running -> there may be problem with installation of Java (maybe it was updated?)

In case it's not running, try to start it manually and watch for errors. In case tomcat is running, try to re-deploy Webconsole manually (hxxp://help.eset.com/era_install/63/en-US/component_installation_webconsole_windows.htm)

Tomcat is not start, tried to manually start it but still the same error, updated java and re-deploy webconsole, issue still the same.
