jmusac 0 Posted January 29, 2016 Share Posted January 29, 2016 Hi, I have problem with ERA v.5.2.26.0. When i try to delete clients the process hangs at 1% and the user is not deleted. Administrators Marcos 5,069 Posted January 29, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 29, 2016 First of all, I'd try upgrading ERA to the latest v5.3 which contains some improvements and fixes. If that doesn't help, change the logging verbosity to debug, reproduce the issue and then provide the ERAS log to Customer care for analysis.
