Parental Control and Einstein™ Brain Trainer HD

Hello.

Parental Control recognize Einstein™ Brain Trainer HD https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.bbg.EinsteinHD like GAME.

Even if I set manually it like "Appropriate" (green thumb-up), Parental Control not allow to start Einstein™ Brain Trainer (I set game time limit also).

Could anybody advise me the solution, pls?

Until I hear otherwise, I think you can submit the miscategorized app using hxxp://support.eset.com/kb141/#SubmitWebsitethe same as other Parental Control submissions. I'm asking whether these requests are handled differently, but for now, submitting to kb141 will get your request looked at. 

 

Also, can you verify that you've set the exceptions properly following the instructions here: hxxp://help.eset.com/epca/1/en-US/rules_appguard.htm

 

And can you try disabling app blocking and see if that allows it to run?

 

 

1. Open ESET Parental Control or log in to parentalcontrol.eset.com.

2. Select a child.

3. In the Application Guard window, tap Change rules.

4. Deslect Block inappropriate apps and then select an age group.

Thank you for your reply. I've solved problem when I used Web-interface of Parental Control (before I tried on children's tablet).

So, green thumb-up for the application via https://parentalcontrol.eset.com/Rules + tablet soft reset is the solution.
