New account problems

Having very recently downloaded and bought ESET I have not received a validation code and all emails sent to ESET (in South Africa) and through the general website have been returned as undeliverable. Furthermore, their local phone number reports as unavailable.

Does anyone know if something has gone very wrong?

 

Hope someone knows something positive or must I just delete the software and say goodbye to my ZAR600?

Have you tried their number 0860-373-872?

If yes and you can't still reach them, please send me a PM with the email address that was used to register the license and I will have a look at it.
