Peter Cobb 0
Hi, I have 2 laptops, one that I use for work and an old one that I keep for back-up. Both have Smart Security installed. I recently upgraded my main laptop to windows 10 and noticed 2 spurious accounts, made up of a random jumble of characters, along with the anti-theft account. I deleted both but one then re-appeared the next day. After a bit of googling, I think the cause is ESET automatically setting up an anti-theft account, maybe because it doesn't recognise my original one? I logged onto myeset this morning to find that my back-up laptop is showing but not my work laptop. However, smart security tells me that I have it enabled. There doesn't appear to be any help on anti-theft and I can't see an obvious way to update details or work out what's going on. Any help gratefully accepted, apologies in advance if I'm missing something obvious
