I'm having problems with anti-theft please help urgent!

eset smart security to activate the anti-theft feature my.eset.com  address and asked me to  create a bogus account with me as  I created.

I set it at stolen to try the anti-theft feature. the computer was restarted and the fake account was activated my problem ıs I can not enter the main account.  my eset.com mistake I delete my account. I recreate the some account,but the anti theft feature active . but my computer starts with fake account login. what should I doin order to start a conversation with the master account ?  Please help urgent !!!!!!

You should mark your pc as found in the Anti-theft portal.

PC Mark, but I found he was not changing anything I need to access my computer, please help find out a lot of important files.

 

thank you Marcos thank you very much .... problems stood in the middle .My computer was back to normal.  now I will meet with the same problem i to activate the anti-theft?

Can I use the anti-theft feature?

i have Eset smart security 9, i have enabled anti theft option, enabled Phantom account and by mistakenly i have removed device from anti- theft. Now device is not showing in anti theft site and unable to disable the phantom account because of that i am unable to access my data and unable to do anything so kindly help in this case as soon as.

Again, it's necessary to pm me or metaller your registration email address for my.eset.com so that we can check the status of the devices.
