I have had lots of trouble trying to get on secure sites with firefox and found the only way to do it was disable ssl/tls

why is this causing problems and is it safe to run eset with this disabled

If the following doesn't help, please provide a screen shot of the error you're getting:

- restart the computer (do not launch any app)

- disable SSL/TLS scanning and click OK

- re-enable SSL/TLS scanning and click OK

- launch Firefox and try to reproduce the issue.

thanks for that and have re-enabled SSL/TLS

so far firefox working as normal
