smart scan vs in-depth scan

When i open the computer scan box, under CUSTOM SCAN, when i go to in-depth scan on dropdown list, THIS PC, etc, are all checked.

When go to Smart Scan, this PC, etc are not checked.

I have noticed the smart scan has been finishing in about 10-15 seconds.

 

Are these settings correct?
