Meaning, a way to automate the process of adding your company logo to the reports generated by the ERAC? As an MSP, this is extremely important to us. Any feedback would be appreciated! Guest Breakman Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 Yes, just check the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server\templates and create a new folder with the exact files (with your CI) and add your folder name into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server\templates\templates.xml" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JonBastyan 0 Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 I am editing the main.tlp file and I am changing the .PNG images within different sections of the report to my own custom PNG, for example, my company's logo rather than ESET logo and I cannot seem to get it to show.
