tmuster2k 22 Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 Trying to run the ESET migration tool on a windows 2012 Server with ERA5 installed and get the message "The program cannot start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem". SFC /scannow now comes back clean and so does chkdsk on the filesystem. ESET Staff MartinK 378 Posted January 9, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted January 9, 2016 Mentioned dll is part of "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)" (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555). You will have to install it, or alternatively you could search disk for this MSVCP100.dll (and also MSVCR100.dll) and copy them to the same directory as MigrationTool.exe.
