I keep going through the update procedure and it says everything is up to date.with a date of 12/30/15. Please help. Thanks
TomFace 539
The most recent update (as I type) is 12841 Jan-09-2016, 01:50 CET (UTC/GMT +01:00) per hxxp://www.virusradar.com/en/update/info/ Is this a recent install? Are your credentials (user name, password) hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2822/entered correctly? What version ESET are you running? Have you tried clearing your update cache? hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3189/ Tell us more. Edited January 9, 2016 by TomFace
