How do I change the ERA VM Appliance ip address?

If the OVF.xml file does not modify the IP post-configuration (which is how I deploy my VMs, modify post config):

 

1) Take a snapshot. The OVAs are finicky.

2) nano /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

[modify IP information as necessary, less gateway]

3) nano /etc/sysconfig/network

[modify gateway]

4) shutdown -r now
