On a USB pendrive, ESS 8.0.319.1 (and up to date database), it finds 2 viruses:

ESS tells me that the pendrive is now clean and that i have to restart the system to complete the procedure.

I restart the system, rescan the pendrive but nothing changes, i get the same reply.

The 2 viruses are always on the pendrive and i don't know what to do.

My OS is Windows 10 pro.

Please drop me a pm with the output from ESET Log Collector attached. Before you get the tool collect logs, make sure to also select "Recently quarantined files" from the list.

Well, RECYCLER is a Recycle Bin folder, and the sub-folder beneath it, S-5-3-42-2819952290-8240758988-879315005-3665, indicates which user deleted that file:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/171694

So emptying the recycle bin should get rid of that jwgkvsq.vmx file, but if S-5-3-42-2819952290-8240758988-879315005-3665 is a different user then you might need to log into Windows as that other user, and empty the recycle bin there, too.
