waiting 'dots' after posting stay visible longer than expected

when posting to the forum, once i press "post" the 3 dots will be visible for several seconds before the page refreshes and my post appears in it's place.

i remember a few weeks before it used to be instantaneous. and some times the dots stay there and i had to manually refresh the page to check if my post was saved.

 

plus when i create new threads, like this here, or report posts i get this error message.

Yes the "Service Unavailable" has been on ongoing issue. https://forum.eset.com/topic/2289-service-unavailable-please-come-back-later/

 

The "thinking" dots is a recent thing (I believe). It's affecting folks posting-resulting in multiple (same) posts (re-dos).
