ERA v5 not communicating to clients

Hi All,

 

I have an issue with ERA 5.2.26 where the client commutation maybe for day to the ERA server then no commutation what so ever. The signatures does update from the server to the clients. But the remote administration does not work.

 

All firewall rules are enable both incoming and outgoing. Also have the firewall setup on GPO's. I can ping the server and telnet 2222 from a client to the server.

 

ERA is installed Windows 2012 R2 Standard server. All clients are Windows 7 Pro.
