Using Device control - Maximum security how can I allow certain Devices

We are using  Device control - Maximum security on out ESET RA 6.  How can I allow certain Devices on different machines?

You can create a rule that will allow devices with certain serial number / vendor / model / type and another rule to block all others.

Can you use ESET RA to find the Serial/vendor/model info when a user installs it and it's blocked.. then create rule to allow it??
