ERS Service won't start

Hi Folks,

 

I can't login into eset remote administrator throug console after trace the issue  i found that ERA service won't start please find attached screen.

 

ERA Version : 5.2.26.0

OS : Windows Server 2012 R2

I fix the issue, the issue from the user that resposible to run the service.
