Infected Items in Outlook Express

Hi there

 

I have just upgraded to Antivirus 9 and I have a new section opened up on Outlook Express which has an email in it with a virus detected.  What do I do with this now?  Can I just delete it or is there some other procedure I should carry out.

If malware is detected in a dbx file, you can only delete it manually after looking it up in Outlook Express.

Sorry but I don't know what a dbx file is.  It says ( MSIL/Kryptik.EB Trojan) in the subject of the email.
