Having activated mobile security I can't log in at "https://login.eset.com/Site/Public/Error.aspx" - from here it is not possible to go any further.

 

When I try to reset the password, I receive a mail to my address but the procedure is still the same.

 

I tried from my PC using Firefox browser (version 42.0) and from my smartphone using Chrome - but nothing works.
