Ekrn.exe is causing CPU to make noise. Any way to stop this?

Its not necasseraily using a lot of my CPU, its just going on and off and on and off, which causes my CPU to make a chugging noise every 2-3 seconds.

 

Its incredibly annoying.

 

Any way to stop this?

If you open the Task Manager, are you seeing an increase/decrease for egui.exe or ekrn.exe that coincides with this noise?
