Good afternoon,

 

Please excuse me to this post but I need help.

All my connections are hacking everywhere and anywhere

(into library, into cybercofee, or on a privat computer...) I connect

on web or for work on word.

I leave into France.

 

Those people who do that seems be professionnal of informatic.

I list here what they made until now :

 

- They cut my connections

- They change my texts

- They change the receiver of my e-mail

- They change my passwords

- They can too make a alarm fire into university if I am connect on site

to tell what I am victim.

 

What do you think about ?

Thank you to answer me.

 

I mean that everywhere I go (on public network like into library or internet cafe

or on privacy computer which belong to particular people) my connexion

are hacking : I do not know how.

 

For example,

the password of my webmail change regularly or when I work

on word for text processing, the computer that I use bug.

One day, for example, too, I opened a webmail on a public computer

which owned a connection internet internal to the company.

I was not the only person who watched my webmail at this moment and into this room.

There were approximately 10 persons an another computer turn on.

Only my computer closed.

And fifteen minutes before, a person in charge of the sector assured me that

to enter into the system connection people must have a strong password.

 

Another day, into a university, I connected on web always for my webmail

and I had to get new messages into this. I was connected on a university's computer.

I waited 1 hour. I asked to a student to used his own computer.

My messages were displayed into my webmail when I connected on his computer.

But not on the university's computer.

Or for another example, regularly, when I finished to write on a forum or on

a website, into the Contact section, the computer bug and the message must

to repeat or is just canceled.

I already sended some messages to people across a website and when I phoned

to them they asserted never get those.

The buttons of some websites are sometimes deactivated, too, espacialy the

button send the message, when I use. But on another computer on another

connections it match.

 

 

In a general way, my mobiles phones that I used were wired.

Because when I used those I could hearded third person who where not into

the communications and who were not the telefonic recipient comment what I told

across the mobiles phones. I asked to my pen pal telefonic if they hearded what I heard.

No one heard, but I could heard those third personn who managed to hacked

my mobiles phones...

They too, for example, cut my communications mobiles phones when they want whilst

it stay credit communication on my mobiles phones.

 

The police does nothing and the operator telephone company despite my letters

sent by acknowledgment do nothing too.

Contrariwise operator telephonics company just got the money of my commication

without never defend me.

 

The majority of the city is aware about that. Because in the same time,

municipal employees and other, insulted me orally without ever getting caught when

I came for example into the town hall of the city : it's great fun.

And into a big company, Thales, for example, where I made a treening the employers

laughted a lot alluding to all this...

 

Excuse me for my english which is not well, I am French and excuse me too

this long, long text but I do not know how to explain that otherwise.

French people just tell that I am hill and hurry to dispatch me quikly to a psychiatric hospital.

And here I just list a little of what that can do... in every sense of the words.

 

 

I just need to fall on a person who is honest and who know it into informatic.

It is very possible you are a victim of cyber stalking. That is a crime in the U.S.; guess not in France.

The third person in the conversation thing does sound a bit paranoid but has happened before.

Moving on from that, it sounds like someone has hacked your web mail account. I would recommend you contact whomever is your e-mail provider and explain the situation. Request a new e-mail account and create another password. Or do it yourself, but only on a computer you know that is secure and malware free. Finally, request that your e-mail provider transfer all your existing e-mail to the new account user id. Of course, you will have to notify all concerned parties of your new e-mail address.

Note: If your computer is infected with malware, your new e-mail user id/password could be immediately compromised again. So you need to get that taken care of right away. If you have Eset software installed, your should contact their customer service to help you.

takes cover behind battery equipment that I do not know use myself.

They just lacking courage.

I have heard of this happening in the US. If you really want to start fresh I would recommend:  backing up your data and then doing low level format of your HDD. Reload the OS(do not restore an image) Do a full format and reload of the OS. Get a new email address. If you have been assigned a static ip from your provided , request a new one. If you have WI-FI at home, make sure you use WPA-2 and turn off SSID. MAC address filtering doesn't hurt either. If you have a smart phone, do a factory reset. When connecting from a public wi-fi hotspot use a VPN tunnel (you can fine these services online for minimal fee). I know this must suck. I wish the best for you. Best of luck
