ESET Insiders xxJackxx 85 Posted November 26, 2015 ESET Insiders Share Posted November 26, 2015 (edited) I just bought a license and installed. It updated and ran the first scan. Now the UI says attention required and prompts me to click a link for a "Theft optimization report". This opens a web browser and after logging in goes to a blank page. When I previously ran a trial it worked. I logged directly into the site and the anti theft portion does not work. I assume there is a site issue? ---Ok, it finally worked after leaving the browser windows open for about 10 minutes.
