Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted November 26, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 26, 2015 First of all, please try upgrading ESS to the latest v9 or v8 at least to see if the problem persists. If so, create a complete application dump of ekrn.exe using the Procdump tool by running "procdump -ma ekrn".
SweX 871
When you have updated to V8 or V9, try to activate pre-release updates, reboot, and then use your system as normal but check on ekrn.exe once in a while to see how the ram usages is. If you are still affected, then create the dump that Marcos request. How do I enable or disable pre-release updates in my ESET product? hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3415/ How do I generate a memory dump manually? hxxp://support.eset.com/kb380/
