ERA update Stuck

Hello, my ERA is trying to update the database, but the progress bar got stuck in 40%, I already tryed clean the folder "updfiles" and restart the services but nothing happens.

My ERA version is 5.0.119.0

[Marcos 5,072]

Try upgrading to ERA 5.3 to see if it resolves the issue.
