What is the best way to remove memory of viruses using ESET?

I performed the following procedures without success.

tracking with rigid cleaning
ESET SysRescue
Safe Mode Tracking

Product: ESET NOD32 Antivirus version 8


There is another procedure to be performed to remove the memory virus?
