scotty8389 0 Posted November 18, 2015 Share Posted November 18, 2015 I cannot update from version 8 to 9 plus i cannot delete the existing version as the file NUP6597.msi has disappeared from my windows 7 computer. I suspect it has something to do with updating to Windows 10 and returning to 7 because of conflict problems between ESET and Windows. Should I deinstall using the ESET deinstaller or not? If you'd like to upgrade to Windows 10, we'd recommend doing that before reinstalling ESET. BTW, what ESET product are you using? NOD32 Antivirus or Smart Security?
