Has anyone applied the .DLL fix to their server? If so any new issues?

e.g. Freezing on client PC's stopped, new issues to report, didnt help..

The fixed dll was thoroughly tested and a number of customers confirmed that it solved the issue before we made it available to the public. The dll is not meant to be used as a replacement for the Microsoft hotfix as any software that communicates over network in a special manner or utilizes WFP for filtering application protocols for instance can trigger the issue.

I downgraded from business v6 back to v5 on all my computers (desktops & servers) because they kept freezing and the microsoft hotfix didn't help. Where can I get the "dll fix"?
