swirti 0
Hello, When I want to use the module for the protection of banking, after Iclicked on the URL of my Bank, ESS adds a "/?" at the end of the URL I clicked. sample: https://www.mybank.net/? Because of this, my Bank's website cannot be found. What should I do to make it work without the question mark?
Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted November 2, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 2, 2015 The url listed above doesn't work whatsoever, regardless of whether ESET is installed or not.

swirti 0
URL of my Bank: https://www.bmcinet.net In the secure browser, the URL becomes: https://www.bmcinet.net/? Naturally, if I manually delete the /? It works but I do not understand why ESS adds /?

swirti 0
Hi, With IE11, it is ok, but I use Srware Iron (chrome) and I have /? at the end of URL
ESET Insiders stackz 109 Posted November 2, 2015 ESET Insiders Share Posted November 2, 2015 Srware Iron produced the same result for me as IE 11. What happens if you copy the URL https://www.bmcinet.net/and paste it into Iron's address bar?

Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted November 12, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 12, 2015 Now, I cannot try because I have this error with IE11 and Iron when I launch the URL: Unable to start the secure browser. Error code: 0x847695d0 Please check if you have IObit Surfing Protection installed. Allegedly this is the culprit for the error but haven't had a chance to verify it yet. Most Valued Members planet 232 Posted November 13, 2015 Most Valued Members Share Posted November 13, 2015 Also not working for me since the update, doesn't work anymore for any browser (Chrome, IE, Edge). Reinstalled/repaired and nothing works, can't manually launch it either.
Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted November 15, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 15, 2015 If you have installed Windows 10 to Threshold 2 update, Banking and Payment protection will work only with 32-bit browsers. Full support for 64-bit browsers (IE, Edge) will be added in the next v9 service release soon.
