Irene 0 Posted November 2, 2015 Share Posted November 2, 2015 Hello everyone,I am from China,Some errors occurded though I have tried with 3 of my debit visa/master cards when I used paypal to make payments. The message is: "this card may not be use for make payment"or "We notice that you are attempting to pay an Indian resident user. The payment you initiated has been blocked. PayPal only facilitates international payments and cannot be used for domestic payments within China. " I am sure that my paypal accont is verified with approved bank account added.Why this still happen and what should I do?Anyone here can provide any alternative payment method which is available in China? No fees and instantly move to our wallets!Payza and Payoneer is out of my consideration due to its high fee.I searched over internet and found https://www.epay.comwas available in China and it's always free to pay and get paid.
