rbrookbanks 0 Posted October 30, 2015 Share Posted October 30, 2015 I've got an issue, it might be my lack of familiarity with the new product or a minor bug. When I look at the mail reports it seems as if only one of my servers is reporting it's spam statistics. If I look locally on the servers i can see the spam being blocked, yet if I look at the report in the RA it doesn't tally. Only one of my remote servers has ever reported. I've checked the filter and it's set to Mail Servers but I can't see anywhere in the RA console to verify which servers are included in that category. The servers are all reporting viruses found, but only one appears to be reporting spam. What settings do I need to check so that I can see all spam senders across all of my customer's servers in our RA console? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
