unable to activate Eset mail security for exchange server

Hello,

 

i upgrade from remote administrator 5 to 6 (virtual appliance), upgrade some servers (file security) some workstation (endpoint) then i upgraded tu mail security 4X to 6X.

 

i did the install with remote administrator 6

 

the licence for the mail security is well installed on the server :

if i want to activate directly on the server

 

Cannot connect to the server, but if i can connect on the security admin server with a browser ...

 

Can anybody help me ?

It's not clear what happens if you attempt to activate EMSX through a security admin or simply by entering your license key. Please clarify.
