What does this errors mean in the ESET Onlinescanner logfile below:

Hi, it means there was an error downloading the VSD update, however it seems it was successful later on.

Did the Online Scanner finish downloading the VSD and scanning the PC successfully?

Not sure, it's not my own computer and the user cannot post a normal and complete log.txt.

What would be the next step todo

I would uninstall the Online scanner, go into safe mode with networking and then run the online scanner.
