Don't access to "my eset.com" account

Hi,

 

I don't have access to my account one the website "myeset.com".

 

When i'm connect to the website with my login i have this message :

An error occurred while processing your request.

 

 

Have you any ideas ?

Hi,

 

Your have on your network Active Directory and/or Azura?

 

Because digging into your text error:

if I understand correctly  is an Add-on in communications between 2 parts. So, I think is a error because WS-Federation can't

use/get/authorize the token your system provides.

 

Try to access "my.eset.com" using an "outside" line like your home wi-fi and with your cellphone. Let us know... :)

Hi,

 

I will tried with my galaxy s4 and it work !

So i retried with chrome with the link my.eset.com and it work now.

But on firefox it didn't work too, i think that the problem is the link direct when i clic on "antivol" on the antivirus but when i put the link my.eset.com it work !
