Could it bee an idea to include in the text messages, from the specialized cleaner box.That the user of the this tool, has to remember to backup his or hers important documents/pictures before launching the tool.And maybe also a direct/ strong appeal to read the knowledge base article (when it is ready) before doing anything further.
