Web control is filtering only partially

My product ESET is Web control is filtering only partially.

 

Please, Help me.

Does Endpoint update from a mirror or from ESET's servers? If the former, does configuring it to update from ESET's servers make a difference? The error should occur if there's a problem with authentication.

the Endpoint update is of a mirror , what type of problem ?

When you try to update directly from the ESET Servers, if the update fails will show you an error code or message.

That is (I think) Marcos is saying.

 

Like (not real ESET text):

 "Server not found, update fail"

 "error 0x00144a"
