beagle1957 1 Posted October 15, 2015 Share Posted October 15, 2015 I uninstalled ESS version 8 and installed version 9 (running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit). The version 9 install went smoothly - but when ESS started, I got alerts that both web filtering and anti-phising were turned off and would not enable, even though they appeared to be on in Advanced Setup I have uninstalled/reinstalled version 9 twice now - same result.
